Remember to take into account the extra heatsinks needed.

For the old F5 with 25V rails and 1.3Amp bias per rail you get 65W constant power put into heat.

For v1 you have 1 amp over each device and that calculates toe 32V rails that calculates to 128W constant power converted to heat per channel.
You will need to start using a fanned heatsink a black anodized 200 x 250 x 40mm heatsink is around 0.3C/W , this means nearly 40C above room. 65C is a bit too high.
FYi , this is Krell KSA50 territory , believe me , you need active cooling.

i take that back

300 x 300 x 40 is around 0.3 c/w   , which is too small

This will be ok for a turbo v1 ( one needed per channel)

Heatsink should stay around 50 to 55C

What about heat sinks that are around 400mm x 200mm x 84mm...  ;)

;D Old school in that regard is no longer considered cool.  ;D

Pretty sure that my next build (did I just say that?) won't be a Class A -- all that bloody heat!

During the heatwave in Cape Town I was a bit reluctant to use the F5 because the heatsink was getting so hot.
