Have any of you used this router bit before?

I'm thinking if you apply 3mm ply veneer to your MDF before cutting this bit will ensure a perfect edge and you won't have the hassles of working with the thin veneers. You'd have to be a bit more creative with baffle rounding like real wood inserts etc. but for the rest you're sorted.
