So, based on some of the other projects I'm planning on starting, I wanted to sink my teeth into making my own PCB's. I've never managed to get acceptable results in the past, but figured I'd give it one more try. My process (for now) is based on the "Press 'n Peel" technique that is an improvement on the toner transfer method. I also found some tinning crystals and wanted to check how that worked.

Anyway, the project in question is a little audio splitter for my DSTV and I think it came out not too bad. Using the press 'n peel wasn't as easy as advertised, but I've managed to get acceptable results. Only problem is that I won't be getting the resolution that I was hoping for, sigh. Anyway, the tinning crystals worked fantastic and it really improved the solderability of the board.
