What is normal for padding in 3-way?

I redid the padding this evening, it's now -10 on the mids and -8 on the tweets, and the bass is still pretty subdued (compared to the Infinity Primus 360's standing next to them - which I'm not a huge fan of, find them a bit bass heavy and wooly).

Is this normal for a single driver woofer? Or am I doing something very wrong? The Eminence drivers are forking sensitive which doesn't help...
