Site Downtime


Our apologies for the down-time. Hosting server had some gremlins but all in order now. Thank you all for your patience.  :)

I still haven't received an update from our hosting company - so as yet, the problem is unknown. They replaced our box's network card and patch lead shortly prior to it coming up again. Just so you know, we have a backup strategy in place, but the problem did not appear severe enough to justify redirecting the DNS entries elsewhere. Unfortunately it was the early hours of the morning in NY and I am guessing that the support staff dealing with our issue were just not able to fix it in time. I will keep you posted as I find out more details. I will definitely be investigating alternative service providers as a result, although this is also the first time in years that we've had inadequate response to a technical problem.
