My passport expired and have been trying to apply on the Dept of Home Affairs site to process via Standard Bank. However, upon login, it says it has sent an OTP to my number (the last 4 digits of which do match mine).
However, I never receive an SMS. Any idea to work around this without having to go into Home Affairs ?
