It has been a quite some time since I owned the Exclamé and haven't heard them on a set of Tannoys, but I think the decision would be very much based on the kind of music you listen to. While it is an open and spacious sounding amp with a lot of power, as you mention, it is sweet and lush, which is also a potential drawback, since it treats everything with the sweet and lush presentation. If that is your preference and works well with the genres of music that you listen to, then its a great match. While these speakers are efficient, they do like power, so I'd definitely give the Predator a try. I think you should also evaluate a Class A push-pull valve amplifier, and perhaps a solid state amplifier with these speakers for comparison purposes to see how that changes the presentation. These speakers are quite flexible, due to their efficiency, but they do tend to sound quite different depending on the amplifier you use with them. If you have a chance to audition the Moonriver 404, I'd think this would also be a very good amplifier to try as a reference. Personally I run Tannoys paired with a Sugden amplifier.
