Replacement Value quote on Nuforce Reference 9 amps

Does anyone know where I could get a replacement valuation quote for insurance purposes for a pair of Nuforce Reference 9 amps? I tried to contact Robert Smith in the US through previous upgrade-related emails, his TDSS site, the Aether-Audio site and the Nuprime site, but with no success.
