I was a bit worried as the room is HUGE and the 15" did shake the room well. The 12" with the better control due to a 1000W compared to the previous 400W. The 15" was a ported reflex unit and the B&W a closed box. The 12" fills the room better and it is the first time I had one of the side windows rumbling with a sub. I bought the 12" for 50% lower then they are going for 2nd hand and with history and one owner... pre-loved :) and not pre-owned Also considering that this room is only used for HT as I have another sub in my listening room which is a Revel 15b (15" with Room EQ built-in) which I still rate better. PS: I would have preferred the B&W ASW 850 or 855 which is the 15" but I missed a unit by a day a few days ago.
