How does one match a power amps input sensitivity with pre amps output voltage? If the power amp has an input sensitivity of O.5v what should the output voltage be on the pre? The same? Less? More?

I have this old lp that visually would grade VG+ or even slightly better. So visually there are no damage. However it plays with crackle. Ive cleaned it but without success and the crackle is still there. Can lps like this be saved?

How does tax work? If i wanted to order something online from the US but I supply the Aramex address for delivery wouldn't sales tax be applied? The Aramex address is obviously a local address in the US which will make it look like a local sale?

The unit has a background hiss/rustle (note it is not a crackle). The noise is not there if it is used as power amp only. (for instance using my Nad as the pre amp). It does not change with volume or source. It is slightly more pronounced on the right channel. Obviously with the music playing it...

Where does one buy cartridges in South Africa? there is Turntable Guy, ProAudio, Mr Vinyl, but where else? I am seeing Ortofon, Hana, AT, Sumiko, Rega, but what about all the other brands? It just seems to me that our choice is very limited.
