I had the same thing. Except it was an Electrocompaniet amp using remote codes that interfered with my Samsung TV. It was so annoying I sold the amp. I doubt the agent (or even the manufacturer) can do much about it. Just an unfortunate incompatibility.

I wouldn't worry too much about this. Imho you're more likely to have an issue with an older pre (or integrated) not liking the high output from a modern DAC. With some DACs putting out 3V on RCA/6V on XLR or even more.
