We have the best of both world. 2plate gas (whirlpool) and 2plate induction (snappychef). Induction very nice features and also very fast. But sorry gas is much cheaper and I prefer gas. Use good quality pans with gas. Cheap pans after 6 months look like vinyl in a hot car.

Most of the coffee machine I open you start from the bottom and work your way up. And keep track of all the screws because for some reason the length change just to mess You around.
