Hey @catilre - thanks for your response. Ended up taking it to Eurovision and they managed to sort it out for me. The front panel buttons and knob are still a little wonky, but it plays well so I'm all good for now. Appreciate the response.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out Francois for the awesome service and deal on a demo iFi Zen Dac (V1). This is my foray into 'high-er' end head-fi and I cannot be more stoked!
