Audirvāna Studio was insanely buggy when I ran the software on a PC (I use a streamer into my system, so the PC just hosted it). My Roon was expired so I loaded Audirvāna on my Mac Pro Trashcan for shits and giggles. Wow. Sounds much better than Roon, and dead stable. Half the price is also a bonus.

You can pay a small amount of money and get the ability to post in for sale. I saw your post on FB, and your asking price is probably an order of magnitude too expensive, but someone like @Andre Vermeulen is probably better qualified to advise on values.

You’re over complicating things. The biggest benefit (for the least effort) is to mechanically decouple the floor and speaker.
