Got it thanks  :thumbs: Another question class A doesn't have to be valves only it can also be a SS? Just trying to understand - i see a lot of amps are going class A/D "Class A voltage amplifier with a Class D current amplifier" :nfi:

It all boils down to what your ears like  :groovy:... i'm just trying to understand when its classified as class A - what is the classification based on?
