Roon lifetime memebrship increased to $699!!!!

Hi guys, that was just a matter of time but last night Roonlabs increased the lifetime membership from $499 to $699!!! Annual membership stays at $119 per year. Now it will take nearly 6 years to break even compared to the annual membership. I think the lifetime membership is on the way out...

    MM Phono Stage

So now I finally found time to build the back plate for the enclosure which arrived from China. Now the Muffsy is complete:

Yes, these are R13 and R14 (btw the only other resistors with a value of 100). Will give it a try, thanks. I see that you posted the same already somewhere on page 13 or so but back than I didn't understand what you where talking about..... :whistler:

Would that be R13 and R14?

    MM Phono Stage

That?s what I have presently: But I have some background noise which I have to deal with; it?s not the turntable nor the phono stage as I have it with both phono stages and both turntables. It?s possibly the analog input of the IDA8....

It?s playing nicely now! Changed some of the resistors to increase gain. Still missing the housing and back plate.... Not nice but it works: Will post final pics when the housing arrived from China.

Yes, that?s right; can take hours...... until half way aligned.....

Thanks Mike; But you can actually change the tracking angle substantially; I would guess in the range of 2 to 3 degrees; at least with my setup. I was surprised. Thanks for the link, that is what I will use....... .......once I have a quiet moment.

    MM Phono Stage

Yes, it was actually set up really good. I will have to redo that now due to disassembling. Have it now calibrated with an arc protractor but want to redo it once I find some time.

Found the problem! When I drilled the board to be able to fit the 3x terminal I used a 1.5mm drill bit (didn?t have a 1.2) and damaged the path. Had to make a new bridge and now it?s working!

    MM Phono Stage

Yes, I noted that. Double checked and the voltages are correct at the terminal of the phono stage

Will do when I am home; still at work.....
