Yes .... OK. I handed my form back and noticed a few others given in. I was under the impression that the figures were going to be revealed, even though not being statistically relevant.
But then with all respect, a pronouncement that attendees could hear a difference in an exercise deemed not to be statistically worthwhile, would be misleading as such. I don't wish to belabour this now nor bore members (apart from being OT), and will only remind of the previously quoted (by me) experiment we did at the CSIR regarding the tossing of a coin - I will assume that most have read it. There it could have been concluded that some of us were clearly clairvoiant (6 out of 6 outcomes predicted correctly in succession, more than once ....??). Yet, such a conclusion would have been incorrect, as borne out by an experiment which was statistically meaningful.
But from my side, let's leave it at that. Have to go and finish an article for AVSA .....
