What is the difference?  There are no cosmetic changes or are there changes under the hood?

Integra to Onkyo is what Lexus is to Toyota.

Personal issues here but I will buy Integra before I buy Onkyo... just who the importer and support is I presume.

From what I've read the Integra versions are a little more geared towards custom installs. They are also comprised of only the top performing components from the factory.

I've heard that Integra is only sold with the installation being a condition of the sale. Installation is included in the selling price.
