MOVED TO TRADERS' SECTION
« on: April 05, 2011, 02:10:33 pm »
Just to inform others that my ads have been moved to the Trader's section since this is the correct section.  Main reason being that the items I'm placing there are sold for profit, as explained in my 'bicycles' post:

http://www.avforums.co.za/index.php/topic,8625.0.html

My other ads in the classifieds will be the regular reshuffling of gear.  Ads up at the moment are:

Yamaha RXV767
Yamaha RXV567
Jamo C405
Jamo C401
Jamo C400

This will be my last post of these goods in the Classified's section, just to draw your attention to these ads.  I will also have other items for sale there from time to time.

I'm not sure if newer forum members are aware that retailers and traders sell stuff in the Traders' section - but when buying gear, this is also a section to browse, with many offers there.

Regards, Brett

Brett, hope you don't mind a "bump" here ;)

I've asked the Admins to take me out of the Trade Group because it was inviting some un-earned commentary.

My trade was never related to Hi-Quality Audio or Video.

I have, and still do but not for a living, traded in the professional audio and computer gear and having contacts and dealership agreements with few distributors, I thought it was simply fair being open about it and use the Trade banner to pass the specials and promotions to the forum members; which, if you have loked at the Trade Fair section, I have done for a few items.

I will still make the promos and everyday good-deals available to the members, but I will do that by passing the info about it to Admins, and it will be up to them to put it into Trade, or Classifieds, or NULL section.

I'll have to see what my experience is regarding the Trade group.  For me things are pretty clear about what I will be selling strictly as an informal 'business' (if you could call 4 new items in 4 months a 'business') and what I sell to fund/build my personal gear.  So it's easy to determine what gear into which section.
