Not all meat is good for you. To be a real vegetarian is hard work, because so many things contain animals or animal products.
In the end you're body is taking a hit for your lack of nutrients, (don't even think your average multi vitamin has enough of what you need,
as most don't even have enough even on a good diet) .
We over simplify usually by saying don't kill the animals, but if you think about it, there's so many other things we kill everyday which are also living things.
Bugs and insects are living things, but we kill them because they are hindering us. What is worse is we kill them for no reason actually(fear isn't a reason).
Animals we at least eat.
I myself don't like to kill bugs or insects, most times I'd just put them outside. I say most times because I don't like spiders. Don't like to come close to them.
So my primal instinct because I'm afraid is to kill them, however I mostly just refuse to come close to it.
Just a few things people that claim to be vegetarians forget are animals:
Eggs - Cake, Mayonaize (not all)
Milk
Some Clothes
Shoes
Belts
Leather couches (specially for the audio people so far that I've visited this is a big one)
The list is long.
So yeah to claim to be a vegetarian hard work. Because if you buy any of the above, your endorsing the slaughtering of animals.
