Hey I saw one of them plastic cream and pink Garrards in the cash converters the other day, not sure it is such an awesome sounding rig, but it sure looks like audio jewelry for the fairer sex of days long gone by...

Waterhond (IIRC) has a Garrard turntable that needs a headshell.

I'm using one and rather like the he-man red phallic symbol on it. The headshell had only 3-pins originally but the Garrard TPA12 arm can take a 4-pin 'shell. So I added an extra pin to the shell and re-wired the arm to have mono sound on 2 speakers for playing 78's.

For a cartridge, I use a Shure SC35C cartridge for which I made less compliant suspension and a stylus suitable for shellacs, tracking at a dizzy 4.5g.
