cannot survive on soap

Heh ,heh. Years ago in one of our more prestigious medical schools there was an outbreak of  Peudomonas septicaemia mongst babies in the ICU. This was particularly galling for the Professor and HOD as he was something of an  authority on infection. He was fanatical on hygiene and really gave his poor registrars a rocket ,forcing all to use his special soap. The cases escalated, 'till eventually the unit was swabbed from top to bottom ,staff included . They cultured the bug from the prof's special soap.....and his hands.

Also you have friendly bacteria on your skin... they get killed by anti-bacterial soap  - especially Medical grade version, opening up the gap for... you guessed it non-symbiotic bacteria, just check how many MBCHB's have little green plasters on their hands
OK! I've had it! I don't give anymore Kharma. Kharma should work in mysterious ways...
