In that case why not try the Seas in a bass reflex enclosure with a little bit of baffle step compensation where needed? You can always use this to judge the character of the speaker and perhaps experiment with a super-tweeter for the very top or so at a later stage if you wish. You can always do a rear-loaded horn later, but that's not a simple cabinet usually.
