Looking for output transformer
« on: June 15, 2007, 01:16:05 am »
Hi all!

I am very seriously looking for a Partridge Williamson valve output transformer, to match one I obtained, for stereo power amplifier. Several models saw light; this one has UL connections, and is the potted (oil-filled) version in an approx. 10 x 10 x 12 cm can, sides slightly oval (top and bottom flat).

Added value would be if the Partridge sticker is still un-flawed, even if the rest of the can is tarnished.

Just to bring this to the surface again; I am still looking for such a transformer - nothing locally?

(Overseas 'availability' will not help; high cost of shipping and too much chance of getting the wrong thing and ... and ... and ...  Also please note that I am looking for that specific model to go with an existing one, not just an output transformer generally.)
