I hope someone has an answer to a problem with my Samsung 10.1 that comes up from time to time, mainly involving photos in have taken with this device.
Shortly after taking a photo and other times days afterwards
when calling up the picture I find it has disappeared only a blank black screen with a little outline of a head and shoulders outline in the middle in white comes up, what is puzzling sometimes it is only a few of the series of pictures taken at the sametime. What I do to prevent losing a particular picture is bluetooth to a phone where I have a large memory as a backup, as soon as possible.
Any ideas or solutions from anyone out there, or is this an inherent problem with this particular device.
