Download the software - unzip it onto you desktop or where it suits you - it will make a folder called "diylc_beta" (if you downloaded version 2) open the folder and double click "DIYLC.jar" . If it fails to run you need to install the enabling software which is the latest "Java runtime" which you can download from:
http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
. Once Jave is installed double clicking "DIYLC.jar" again.

i do have the latest java installed. when i double click the jar file a DOS box opens very briefly and then disappears, too quickly to read anything in it.....what gives?
