I don't see a spot where we can do this.
I responded to the PS3 Fatty advert by Daniel.
After a few pm's and a phone call I made the EFT.
Daniel is in Rustenburg about two hours from me.
He climbed in his vehicle and drove all the way to the Fourways to deliver the unit  Shocked
The unit in absolutely mint condition and Daniel is a very pleasant individual to liaise with.

Thank you Daniel, well done.   Cheesy Cheesy

I've dealt with many, many forumites here over the years and I've yet to have one single issue! Maybe this forum is too small, maybe the community more intimate than others. But the fact that we are all here because of our passion for this hobby might be the reason that we can all get along. Obviously it helps to be careful of a seller/buyer that has not posted here (but have just lurked), but that goes anywhere. The rest of the regulars can be traded with in safety.

Edit: Woohoo! 3000 posts. Man, I'm a nerd.

Bought/got stuff from:

Chipwelder
Mervin
HiPhibian/Guillaume
Norval
JimGore/Ian
Kevin99
Stepan/ChefLeFunk/CletusAA/whoever he will be tomorrow

No issues ever. I'm blessed to have made their acquaintance. I've also not met any member of the forum that wasn't a much more decent person than I am.

Yeah - you aren't going to have some skelum come and invest months of posting for one con. And you have to know what you are talking about around here. I think it would be easy to spot somebody dodgy

Good idea! In the absence of a proper trader/feedback system, this might help people deal more confidently Smiley

guilty as charged...

I am plaqued by the amber gold liquid called Black Label and often suffer from blackouts and severe memory loss - alcohol and forums don't go well together...
