Error: The upload folder is full

Howzit!

I'm getting this message when attempting to attach an image file to a post:

An Error Has Occurred!
The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator.

The attachment in question is a 6KB JPG (filename: DM302.jpg)

It was corrected some time back, I really need to set up some kind of monitoring & alerting on that folder!
