Tell us about which upgrade, no matter how small or whether homebrew or commercial, made the the biggest improvement to your system?
For me, adding an external power amp (stereo) to the main (front) channels of my AV receiver is probably the most recent upgrade that impresses me most. I knew the benefits and expected an improvement, but I haven't been sorry for a day - bought the amp about three months ago - one of the few cases where buyers remorse didn't even remotely figure ;D
