200mm wide by 40mm fins by whatever length you require.

DacMan has mentioned a company called Power Devices for heatsinks. I have purchased quite a bit from them and their prices are reasonable. There website is http://www.powerdevices.co.za

Also, I have noticed that Mantech offers these same extrusions for almost the same price.

Both these companies will cut these extrusions to length, so you can order from wherever it's convenient.

As a matter of interest. Huletts make these extrusions in 3m lengths, I'm trying to see if they would supply in single length quantities. This would be ideal for that next class A amplifier project

If you looking for the Fischer stuff, you can get it from Electrocomp, they are the agents for these. They are more pricey, but they have fantastic variety. Also, be prepared to wait literally 8-10 weeks for delivery, as most of the stuff is imported on a per order basis by sea!  :013:  :013:

These guys are awesome and they cut to your desired length. I think they came in at 1/3rd of the price of mantech if i remember correctly.
Caution, whatever you read above, may, wonder of wonders, contain some level of jocularity.

Thanks for that, Byrd!! I just phoned them up and their prices are not bad at all!! the only problem is their stock levels which seems to be a little shaky.
