While we are at it, shouldn't we try and get good quality capacitors at the same time for the XOs? As we al would most likely go for the same speaker, we will need similar components. Together we can benefit from bulk and shipping costs.

Coming from Zaph, it'll be good. You can go over to the HTGuide forums for some more input if you like. There's a few people that built it over there.

Don't worry about the PM story, I will publish the prices on the forum so that there is no issue with preference. Every one will get the same pricing and delivery.

Heya Stu. I think I am the only waiting with an impatient anticipation for the pricing ... I might be correct however.

PS: Where are those 15" woofers :P

Well here goes,

Looks like the D3004/66000 if you take 20 will be +- R1300.00 each all inclusive, so total for tweets about R2600.00

The 18w/8531-00 will be about the same at R1369.00 each so x 2 for the ZRT = R2738

Total ZRT = R5338.00

Total ZRT 2,5 = R8076.00

Regards,

Stu

Total ZRT 2,5 = R8076.00
Importing from Madisound will be 11,415.95 ZAR excluding customs which is normally 20%  which comes to just short of R13K
This is nearly 40% cheaper with less risk.
Nicely done Stu

I think it is a difficult one as Stu has to commit to the importer and is taking a risk as well.
