Help need vacuum pump or a plan

Hi my extreme precision phone the Samsung B2100 is waterproof up to .5m for 30 minutes, but not waterproof at .7m... that's the depth of the splashpool... but it is now very waterproof at 0m so I can't get the water out, as far as I can tell there is water between the LCD and the casing, no water in battery compartment or power port... and the phone is not dead, although without battery at the moment.

So do any of you pretoria people know where I can apply opposite pressure to suck the water out again... was thinking of those vacuum sealer thingies... am phoning SAMSUNg soom to ask if they know of repair... but swift action mught help...
