I also need to know whether you grew up in stellenbosch. Wild shot, but I know a AC Koch, dated my sister ages ago.

I have 2 systems at home:

Main one:

B&W 705's
B&W HTM 7 Centre
B&W DS 7 Surrounds
B&W ASW 700 Sub
H&K 435 amp


Kids play room:

LG Wall mounted projector
B&W LCR 3 Centre
B&W ASW 300 Sub
B&W LM1 Surrounds
Sony Amp

I need the 3oo's for front speakers - I dont like mixing and matching and since I had the 300's (centre and sub) I used them in the play room.

Not the best of the B&W range but good enough for playstation 3 games.

I was born in Stellenbosch - live in JHB , who is your sister?

Bought B&W 601 S3 and B&W LCR 60 - could not find any 303 or 309's.... Overkill for a PS3 room !!

Its amazing how it starts a chain reaction:

Amp now a bit light !!
Speaker wire needs to be replaced - now bi-wire interconnects
New speaker stands
The 300 sub might also be a bit light !!

Now I have a extra 300 centre and a CDM centre (cherry) .... You just cant win !!!

Anyone with a set of fs 700 stands for sale ??
