Looks perfectly normal to me.

well Shaun - im a bit anal about cable management ...... normally - this was a quick cobbling up of the setup till i continue all the mods im planning for the room but as an example of how fussy i am over cable management this was one of my computer modding projects i was doing when i was into overclocking and PC modding

so whats so great about this you may ask well thats the fully working machine with everything plugged in and working as it supposed to be (SLI graphics cards and all) and every wire hidden somehow either behind the motherboard or going to some specific spot where you shouldnt be seeing much wiring ..... obviously this is opposed to a regular performance computer that looks somewhat like this

but then again mine had a window that showed off the internals ..... like so

i am going to use that old case in this room - just gonna put new parts in it so it becomes a new machine

I can't do without 2 monitors anymore...

i went the other way ie one big monitor - its a 27" monitor with HDMI and 1920 x 1080p resolution so it doubles up as the blu-ray screen and TV as well - thats a bit more functional to me than having two smaller monitors which wont be serving too much purpose in this machine

whoops sorry - the first pic above wasnt the SLI pic - this one here was - sorry posted the wrong pic and i cant edit it

but in this SLI pic you can still see the front panel cabling at the bottom of the mobo while in the incorrect pic above you can see how i still managed to find a way to hide all of that but the pic above was the same machine with a much cheaper graphics card after i sold the SLI graphics cards

bedroom/pc system? that's insane!

well it was getting to a point where it could be described as insane when it was like this

i had a few offers for those JVC speakers - and i let them go - so lets play spot the difference

small hint

centre channel - Dali Lektor LCR

front speakers - Dali Lektor 3 standmounters

what it all looks like now

rear fill is going top be the Dali lektor 2's which are going to be wallmounted at the rear - will do that when i run the trunking at the bottom of the walls of the room and build up the rack im planning - also need to build some speaker stands for those fronts - i really need some decent heavy stands for those - wallmounting will not do for them

also have to decide on the sub - if i take the AR back to the AR set in the lounge then im most likely going to get a single Velodyne impact 10 - in total it should all add up to an interesting second system for the bedroom/PC - i think that gaming on that is going to be really interesting as will TV and blu-ray viewing - so next move will be to finalize the sub and to round off the system im just going to add a PS3
