GOOOOOOD GOLLLLY Miss MOLLY !!!

Don't you kids ever get tired of banging your heads against a brick wall ( i used to have an emoticon for that ... remember old timers ??? )

FWP - Why get so worked up over comparative reviews ? I'd hate to see you in tax season LOL

As for advertorials, get used to it like TAX, DEATH you cant avoid it, unless of course you want to pay four times the price for mag ???????? didn't think so......

.... and if u want comparative reviews ? AVSA already does them, they just dont publish it on one or two pages. If as you say you are, a regular reader/purchaser of AVSA all you need to do is look up all the reviews in recent times of the product you're interested in.

Just my 15 cents worth,

Oh and a big HI to everyone else here who knows me  ;D

Skinny

Ah, forum's been so quiet without you!
Don't judge me for being quiet - no one plans a murder aloud.

---my name--Ferdinand Potgieter--do you need my ID

O magtag! Nou's dit in die familie!!?
That hit me for a 6! The man has an unfair advantage/disadvantage.

The “backboneless sycophant”---Ampdog---comment was not made by me. --- please read my post carefully first and then comment.

Granted - I was only half-right/half-wrong. Please accept my apologies!

Yes, we Potgieters can be 'moeilike ou bliksems' as Ludo said before. And yes, Engrish is also my second 'tale' - so perhaps likewise when one tries to express matters in a strange tale.

Thanks FW (that is now P - not De Klerk). I have heard the opinion that AVSA appreciates me more for 'stirring' than technical contributions  :-[ :(  :'(   But our national beverage (coffee) does taste a bit - er - bitter, without strirring in some sugar.

I would then also extend an invitation for beer/spirits/wine/whatever, and food if really nevessary. We (including Joel) could get together and drink until we agree. Also, since you are then a 'Delmas'-ion, we doggies should stand together more in the future; that West-Transvalian (F_D) is not half-bad either.

Regading the contents rather than the tone (we all learn), my opinion is that good has come from this scrimmaging; no red cards - so FW, do stay (and thanks for the implied compliment regarding my contributions to the mag.)

As that other doggie said:
(Emoticons per his previous post; unfortunately can't quote off post.)
'Miracles' are not contrary to Nature - they are only contrary to our understanding of Nature

Cough! Cough! That was an intense exchange. Could I make suggestion regarding shootouts: why does there have to be a winner? Why not rather a comparison of what the de
differences are in the sound? Maybe us as forum members could agree on certain aspects eg sound staging, warm vs clinical sounding kit etc and avsa could use that?

Then in each separate product review we could get a guage of how the Tammy compared to the onkyo or the marantz.

I welcome a stoning as I'm busy with a rockery at home :)
How much is too much?
