How ethical / unethical is it to sell something at a higher price than what you purchased it for within a community?
Eg Someone sells a piece of kit for a clear, down right bargain (Financial difficulties etc force the sale) you are the lucky buyer , you enjoy it, but feel the need to pass it on over a period of time.
