OOPS!!
For those interested: In my article in the February issue of AVSA (pp 66,67), something came adrift. The sentence (in orange print) above the row of figures page 67 bottom: "These diagrams show why it became the preferred topology after 1950." should not have drifted to there. It should actually come under "Distributed Load Topology (UL)" at the end, just before "Myth". The remark referred only to the graphs in figure 4 and the "it" specifically to UL operation.
