Don't sell these:

Quote
Rotel RMB-1075 5 Ch Power Amp -   R9000
Rotel RSP-976 Surround Sound Processor - R3000

You won't get full value for them and you won't be able replace them easily.

My 2c.

I would have also kept these 2 components.
It is a very good start for a system.

Off topic but a punt for you: :)
I have bought the RMB-1075 from the add on Gumtree that Shonver pointed us to (Need to say thanks on that one) and I am waiting with abated breath as the courier phoned me this morning and confirmed delivery during lunch time.

I will know then later today as I will be using it in bi-amping mode for two channels.

It is still seen as one of the bargains for multi-channel with a review available at the following

The RMB-1075's frequency response measured -0.39dB at 10Hz, -0.11dB at 20kHz, and -0.66dB at 50kHz. The gain measured 28.7dB. The THD+noise at 1W into 8ohms measured 0.004% or less from 20Hz to 20kHz, and 0.002% or less over the same range at 2W into 4ohms.

With all five channels driven into 8ohms, the Rotel clipped (1% THD+noise) at 131 watts per channel at both 20Hz and 1kHz. Into 4ohms, clipping occurred at 204Wpc at 20Hz and 212Wpc at 1kHz. With two channels driven, the RMB-1075 clipped at 161Wpc into 8ohms and 264Wpc into 4ohms. All results presented here are for the left channel, to the nearest watt, at a line voltage of 120V.—TJN

That's quite decent measurements.

If you have an answer to the question then post it.  :)

I have tried the tuner & DVD player & the 2 ch amp & the processor, they all work great!  ;D

i discovered u can't use RCA cables to connect speakers to the amp.
i did this because i tried some computer speakers that i had and they have an rca connector.
