VW CADDY LIFE - VEHICLE WANTED

Anyone know someone selling a Volkswagen Caddy, preferably not TDi, because I'm concerned that the turbo packs up (unless there is some warranty on the turbo or I can get a warranty at a good price).  Preferably 2008 and later and km under 100k.  Hoping to get away with R90k-R110k.  Not the panel van, the family car.  I can collect anywhere in the country if needs be.

I'm gonna sell my Opel Astra 2003, CDE, full house, full service history, to fund this.  Aiming for about R45k.  Market value is R48k.  Champagne/Gold in colour.

I also have a pair of Monitor Audio PL100s (Ebony in colour) that will probably go to fund this if anyone is keen.

I have the 1.6 Panel Van. You might want to reconsider on the TDI option. The 1.6 is very sluggish and heavy on fuel.... Yesterday I tested a 1.9TDI and found it a lot more driveable...

Sluggish is fine but up on the highveld overtaking a 22m truck can be a seriously nerve-wrecking white-knuckle (sphinster-clenching) experience...

Yeah.  I thought of that.  I'm just concerned that the turbo packs up.  A friend of mine had a 1.6 TDi, and the turpo packed up twice.  there are lots of 1.9 TDis available though

I hear what you've said re the 1.6.  But what do you think of this 1.6i:
