Nope, definitely not window - you can actually hear when the water pump has sped up: So press accelerator, release, about a second or two later, 'whooooosh' through the pipe/s.

Oh, oh! Don't mind me. Brain is slow today, clearly. The whooooosh is gone, thankfully, although it cost several thousand R to be rid of it. It was linked to the head gasket blowing. Will be paying THAT bill off for next three years...

Nah, just got the gasket fixed and it's back on the road again. I'm praying that this year it will actually stay in one piece.

A Ford Fiesta never stays in one piece.Sell the vehicle at the bargain price and buy Joel's loudspeakers.You will get far more pleasure that way.Catch a Metro Bus (sorry they might be on strike)to work ,saves a great deal of money.Alternatively hail a taxi.
