Customer feedback options on websites
« on: January 16, 2012, 01:30:19 pm »
It never ceases to amaze me that a really small number of websites actually have working customer feedback sections.

Just tried the Nando's site, their customer feedback section redirects to a (non-working) crm.digitalmall.com site. Not peri impressive.

Had some interesting CT restaurant / takeaway experiences this past week.

Hellopeter ;D

+1 Went this route with a Nandos experience about two years back because of an identical issue of a lack of proper customer complaint options on their website.
Don't judge me for being quiet - no one plans a murder aloud.

Caution, whatever you read above, may, wonder of wonders, contain some level of jocularity.
