FS: Monitor Audio BX2

Item: Monitor Audio BX2s in walnut
Packaging: Original box and all its contents
Condition: Mint - As new. They were brand new and still sealed when I got them from MxT. I opened the box to test the speakers and haven't used them since. They have under 2hrs usage on them.
Reason: I was supposed to replace the Wharfedale 10.1s in my room with these speakers when my DIY valve amp gets completed. That isn't happening anytime soon so I've decided to sell these and stick with the Wharfedales.

I figured as much ;). Many people are interested in buying these speakers but I suspect they will only get sold after pay day.

Worth asking, i am looking for some bokshelf speakers, but this is maybe to serious for me, except at bargain price, terefor fishing away, they do look and "sound" in reviews, very nice! They will sell,  :P

Another question, my amp is an old one: arcam alpha one; will they drive the speakers. Most reviews i found rate amp as little under powered.  I am not a serious sound guy, just looking for desent sound, mostly back ground.  Currently using floor standing mission m74. Ok sound but wife do not like the "look".  will move them elsewhere.

O yea of little faith :D.  These are great speakers.  what hi-fi 5 star, and great value/performance/price ratio

I love their look and see they got some very good reviews.

How does these speakers compare to the Diamond 10.1s ? Is it worth spending an extra grant on them ?
