Tom Cruise is on the same shitlist as Angelina Jolie - I don't watch movies they take a leading role in.

Or indeed any role

+1 TinTin. Saw it in 3D with the kids. I never really 'got' the cartoons but thoroughly enjoyed the movie.
The 3D effects wasn't great, so not a must.
I used to have SUPER POWERS.
But my therapist took them away. :vsad:

^^^ took my son and his cousin to see Tintin yesterday.  I thought the start was pretty slow and the last hour nearly killed me - I was tossing up between falling asleep (my brother-in-law was there too so the kids would have been ok) and forcing myself to watch through to the end.

I wonder if this a cinema specific thing. I thought the 3D at ours was good.  Supersharp picture. The effect were not overdone. The way they did the graphics though was just something else. Half the time you forget what you are watching is CG even with the overblown features of the characters.

Really enjoyed the movie too! Hope there are going to be lots. more
Caution, whatever you read above, may, wonder of wonders, contain some level of jocularity.

/\ The visuals was really something else. Many times I actually thought it was real, only to notice a guy with a rediculous nose walk on. :)
I used to have SUPER POWERS.

Do this:
Open youtube
Search apple tree project - tribute to the glitch mob. 15minutes of pure action
I recon every movie clip from that video is must see.!!!
Or just watch the apple tree project. All the action and non of the boring talking parts!
