New uploads have been disabled for some time now, it's not an upgrade issue but a disk space one I'm planning on keeping attachments disabled.

Not really an issue, but the level of contrast between the starter of a thread and the thread's topic has declined. This makes it more difficult to make out what the topic is. Is it possible to customise it?

Thanks for letting me know. I upgraded the Tapatalk plugin on Saturday but if it's not working I guess I'm going to have to buy the damn thing and test myself

Is it possible to put a "next" button next to the page list at the bottom of a post?

I honestly don't know, it may or may not be possible to do with a custom theme.
