That lazy ass Family_Dog is taking the piss on your favourite tree and digging holesin your garden. Go find him Abe.

 :D :D :D :D

Abe, please send me a PM with his username & email address. We check new registrations daily, three to four times each. For every one genuine member trying to register, there are over 30 spamsters with weird names and even weirder IP and email addresses. Normally, unless the guy has an email address ending in "co.za" or has an IP address beginning 196 or 41, he has little chance of being accepted. And even some people with those credentials appear quite shifty with highly imaginable forum user names! ;)

Currently, there are another 7 members requiring approval (or not!!) since I started reading the forum posts not even 20 minutes ago - and I cleared 29 (yep, rejected them all after first checking for as much info as I could glean from their meagre detials) just before started to read these hallowed posts.

Some South African IP addresses also start with 197.*** . I had a few of those with Cell C. Normally all of them start with 41.

aquadog, what makes you think that you have the right to impute someone else's intentions? If you were not so quick to rush to a judgement, you might have realised that my comment was not intended to be funny or nasty. If you had bothered to contextualise my remarks, it would have been patently obvious that I was suggesting that Martin should be enjoying his honeymoon and not be concerned with the registration of new members. Byrd's comments expressed exactly the same sentiments. Why then spare him your vitriolic remarks?

Apologies if I misinterpreted you intentions - maybe I took the easy way out and thought that you would have been carefull not to suggest that the honeymoon won't last... as I bet 99% of other readers might as well. However if you did not intend that I'm both flummoxed and sorry. Maybe you should be carefull about posting comments that can be misinterpreted as nasty though?

Hmmm, sometimes the written word does reflect the intention without having the facial expression to refer to.

I thought that it was intended as a joke. "While it lasts", meaning that once the honeymoon is over, Martin will get what is coming to him(in a joking way)

It seems that both Aquadog and I misunderstood the true intentions.

Off course, anyone could have said "Werk saam soos bye, moet mekaar net nie doodsteek nie" ;D

Apology is fully accepted and much appreciated. I now realise that my comment could have been misconstrued if it was read out of context, but perhaps you could have given me the benefit of the doubt. I certainly had no intention to be nasty - a person on honeymoon should be allowed to cherish the moment and not be bothered with trivial matters. In the future, I shall heed your warning.

Fair comment and the final remark is extremely funny. :D :D

I, for one, don't think the honeymoon will last. Unless they're having a Ground Hog Day. In that case:

"Werk saam soos bye, moet mekaar net nie doodsteek nie" ;D

wise words.  ;D
