AC/DC is also pretty high on my list of favourite bands. However, after 'Back in Black', I think AC/DC lost that raw edge on their earlier albums and became too commercial for my liking. 'Fly on the Wall' was awful and it was the last AC/DC album that I bought. 'Thunderstruck' is a good example of the attempt to appeal to a mass market and reminds me of the dreadful Glam Rock of the 1980s. I've never been a big fan of Brian Johnson and much prefer the albums with Bon Scott on vocals. If you are an AC/DC fan and enjoy their live albums, nothing compares to 'If You Want Blood'. To my mind, there is no comparison between the live versions of 'Let There be Rock' with Scott and Johnson on vocals.

Feel free to disagree and tell me that I'm talking s**t. ;D

Agreed with almost all except:

I thought For those about to rock was brilliant as well, went a bit downhill from there

Personally I really enjoy ACDC live in Donnington. I must've listened to the album (and watched the video on VHS nogal) a million times.

There's no accounting for taste, is there? ;D ;D ;D Seriously, you are not alone in your enjoyment of that song. I was talking as someone who grew up with AC/DC and who owns all their early albums. I suppose one gets used to a particular sound from a band and then loses interest when the band departs from that formula. Another example is my enjoyment of Bob Dylan's early albums and the corresponding dislike of his later albums. Likewise, I enjoy most of Iron Maiden's albums with Bruce Dickenson on vocals, but my favourites are the first two albums with Paul Di'Anno on vocals.
