Heinz Zaczek of Absolute Sound, you will be missed

I just read on the VSA forum that Heinz Zaczek of Absolute Sound passed away on 26/12/2007 after a short illness.

I would rate him as one of the most memorable characters of our local audio scene and an example of how to remain friendly yet competitive.

Heinz was responsible for bringing us many of the high end dream brands.
A visit to his shop was always a treat, a few good laughs, good music and a nice chat.

My heartfelt condolences go out to all those near to him.

That is terribly sad. I knew he was ill and was having treatment, but I didn't know he was this bad? Not being at work, it seems I have missed the news. Thanks for letting me know. Yes, very sad news.

I salute Heintz as one of the most objective sales folks around. I concur with previous post. This leaves an abyssimal gap.
