Unfortunately they can't tell us  >:( 

Well, we were told three hours ago that all sites were coming back up, but as of close on 14:00 the website and our emails are still down.
Don't judge me for being quiet - no one plans a murder aloud.

This must be something they did.  I am not aware of hosting services ever being down so long

Am pretty certain that is a given. Our emails only came back this morning, but very few turning up in spite of the whole system being down for days.
